Profile
A Bird-type Digimon that is native to colder climates, especially the Digital World's polar seas, and which fares poorly in hot environments. Penmon are completely incapable of flight, and instead move about by waddling or - preferably - sliding on their bellies, which they can do at speeds of up to 64 km/h. They usually slide about on ice and snow, but are able to propel themselves across rougher terrain as well with little difficulty, perhaps due to code embedded in the markings on their bellies. Penmon are skilled swimmers, and glide deftly through the water to chase down and feed on aquatic lifeforms like fish and smaller water-dwelling Digimon. Generally speaking, they have resilient, carefree personalities, and prefer toughing out hardship with a smile to worrying or running away.
Attacks
Penmon are dexterous swimmers and can slide very quickly on their bellies. They don't have a high affinity for combat, but are fairly sturdy due to their insulating feathers and can slap, peck, and tackle enemies. In a pinch, they also have weak ice powers, and can quickly drop the temperature around their bodies.
- Infinity Slap - Slaps its opponent repeatedly with its flipper-like wings.
- Slide Attack - Slides at the opponent on its belly, ramming them.
- Ice Prism - Releases a flash from its body, freezing everything around it.
