Profile
A Rare Animal Digimon that resembles a large, shaggy, ape-like creature. Mojyamon were originally considered a myth due to their reclusive nature and their remote habitat, which includes snowy mountaintops and some of the coldest parts of the Glacier Area. Slowly, more evidence came to light, including footprints, photographs, and finally, actual contact with Mojyamon, which solidified knowledge of their existence. Now, they are widely known, but still obscure, in that they rarely travel to areas where other Digimon can be found.
What is known about Mojyamon is that they are peaceful, but territorial. Trespassers will be attacked if Mojyamon considers them a threat, and if not, they are generally avoided or secretly observed until they leave. The species has been known to quarrel with Hyougamon for the same resources, and the enmity seems widespread across both species. On very, very rare occassions, a Mojyamon has ventured south to warmer climates, proving they can survive outside of cold weather—but these cases are so infrequent that one should never count on running into a Mojyamon outside of its usual habitat, if at all.
Attacks
Mojyamon are as strong as their stocky bodies would indicate, with powerful arms and heavy feet. What is most surprising to others is their agility, which their round, heavy-looking appearance does not suggest. Mojyamon also have the ability to crystallize water in the air to make icicle weapons, and wield bones as projectiles. Their thick fur both keeps them warm and serves as a kind of natural armor against other attacks, and unlike other cold-loving Digimon, they are not particularly susceptible to the heat.

- Bone Bone Boomerang - Throws a large femur-type bone as a boomerang-like projectile, which returns to its user's hand after being thrown.
